Why I built this
I really could have done with a coach at 49. Someone to help me make sense of what was happening, instead of white-knuckling it alone in a half-built house, with no job and a lot of time to think about how I’d got there.
I couldn’t find that coach. So I built what I would’ve needed – and spent the years since figuring out that what looks like a crisis is usually just a pattern. And patterns can be designed differently.
The Midlife Fulfilment Review is the first step in that. Not a sales call. A real conversation about where you are across the five things that actually shape midlife – happiness, relationships, purpose, health and career – using your own answers as the starting point.

Take the Snapshot
15 questions, about two minutes. A clear read on where you stand across all five challenges right now.
Talk it through
45 minutes, honestly, about what your answers actually mean – and whether coaching is the right next step for you.
Here’s what Simon, a recent client, said
“I’d say reach out and agree a time for a discovery session – worst case scenario you’ve met someone new and talked about your life and goals, which can be cathartic and useful. Best case: you may end up on a path to help you build the life you want.”
